Receipts are provided.
Sessions don’t just include the time your professional organizer spends on site, physically organizing your space, but also:
- Services may include offsite work such as sourcing, administration and shopping.
- Time required to design space layouts and organizing systems
- Product recommendation
- Scheduling appointments with other service providers
- Coordinating removal of trash & donation items after sessions
- Ongoing communication via phone or email up to 3 weeks after the last session
We accept cash and online e-transfer.
Payment is due at end of project completion for short (1 – 3 day) projects.
For longer-term projects, a payment structure will be provided and agreed upon in advance of any work commencing.
Our policy requires 48 hours’ notice to cancel a session. A cancellation within less than 48 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee, payable electronically upon the cancellation.
Any expenses incurred by Your Pure Space on a client’s behalf for supplies, containers, etc. will be due upon delivery to the client. A cash float may be provided by the client to Your Pure Space for purchases with all receipts being supplied to the client as proof of purchase.
For larger expenses (e.g. furniture, storage cupboard), arrangements will be made by Your Pure Space for the client to pay for these items directly with the retailer.
